How we work
Business Driven Development in practice
Business Driven Development is the shared operating approach across SyncHQ brands. It keeps decisions close to business objectives and limits building features, campaigns or automation without a clear use case.
1. Understand
We collect the objective, constraints, user context, data and the current process. We also ask what already works and what the company does not want to lose during change.
2. Simplify
We separate the main problem from symptoms and wish lists. We define the smallest scope that can test an important assumption in practice.
3. Design
We describe the future operating model, roles, information flow, decisions and exceptions. Technology should support this model, so tool selection follows process design.
4. Build
We implement the solution in a working environment using real materials. For a product, this may be a feature. For a service, it may be the configuration of process, context and operating cadence.
5. Measure
We review usage, flow quality, operating time and the outcome that matters to the company. Findings return to the next cycle rather than ending in a report.
Engagement standard
Scope and responsibilities should be visible from the beginning. We do not make promises without data, we separate facts from hypotheses and show the constraints of a proposed solution.
- Business objective before scope
- Working process before scaling
- Reliable measurement before outcome claims
